Yes, but even the hospital systems really aren't that good, it's like throwing a million bb's on the floor & trying to pick them up with a cheap dustbuster.

Another little trick is for the hospitals to keep negative pressure in the room, filter the air & vent it outside for the uv radiation to take care of the rest.
