cunning shares the same root, and yet that is socially acceptable. etymology is interesting that way.

The only reason "dick" isn't forbidden is because it can be a man's name, Moonie.

Why don't you go dress down the guy who used the term "c*cksucker" in another thread today?

Oh, wait, you can't insult a man...

This would, of course, imply some sort of omnicience on your part, or you were there when forbidden terms were decided upon.

Not to worry, Amused, I'm not so hung up about my sex and color that I need to cross the street to be sure the ladies don't get one up on me. Go call you Mom that term. I'm sure she's champion your rugged individualism.

I wouldn't call my dad a dick or a CS, but then, what does that have to do with anything?

Nothing that I can see, but why ask me. I'm not the one who brought it up. Like I said, I don't feel a need to defend my gender form perceived inequlaity. You poor guy. How was I to know you were experiencing inferiority problems about all the womens lib stuff and to such an extent that you need to demand that they be treated as poorly as you imagine you're being treated cause it's what you're already feeling about yourself.

Somebody says you weren't showing much class. I happened to agree, you get all defensive like a kid with his hand in a jar. Relax, ask yourself, am I adding to the sumtotal of good in the universe by using and helping to promote as commonplace speach a crude expression that dinigrates womem. I don't think you are. I don't think your mother would think you are. It's the kind of talk you'd sort of expect from a prick, dick. :D
