I am looking for some good material to read over the summer, something I can subscribe to. Does anyone subscribe to a science journal or magazine that is really good? I would like something in the chem/bio/biochem area, but I don't mind a high quality general science type deal as long as it isn't completely dominated by physics.

Journals or magazines? Scientific America is pretty good. So is Discover, but it's more of a magazine.

The journal "Science" and "Nature" are good scientific journals. They feature peer reviewed scientific papers and have a ridiculous rejection rate for submitted papers. Scientific America is far less technical and covers more general things and can sometimes dress articles up to be flashier. It isn't a peer reviewed scientific journal like Science and Nature.
