Worth upgrading my P5W DH's bios?

I'm cleaning through my PC getting ready to put a new HSF on and OC everything and I'm wondering, would it be worth upgrading my BIOS?

I'm running 1101 Bios (according to CPUz) any worthwhile fixes/boosts/anything in newer bios versions? Would it make any difference on my OC run?

Yeah that Bios is pretty old. It might even be the one that fixed the problem of the P5WDH not being able to boot with retail Conroes last August. The next Bios updates fixed random rebooting issues and changed some OC settings as I recall. It wasn't until 1601 that Vista would run stable with 2 Nvidia cards in use. I am on 1901 at the mo and a new one will probabloy be out soon. I update the Bios from Windows using ASUS Updater.
