Worth upgrading my A7V133 from 1001 to newest BIOS???

Is there that big of a difference? It came out of the box w/ 1001. I think 1004 is the newest??? Correct me if i'm wrong. Thanks
 
i checked asus' site, and it said the newest is 1005a. think i will upgrade sometime soon. how big of a performance increase can i expect?
