Worth upgrading 2100+??

I have a 2100+ running 11.5x200 right now sable as hell, and didnt know if i should sell and but a 2500+ barton.BTW, running without vdd mod and extra northbridge cooler
 
There will be very minimal gain going from T'bred @2.3 GHz to Barton, and you might not be able to get 2.3 GHz with that one, it is a luck of draw. So it is not worth money.
