Worth the upgrade?

Would I get any significant performance increase by dropping my multiplier and increasing my FSB with some DDR500? Or perhaps some Cas 2 instead of my Cas 3 crucial?

In my opinion nothing ground breaking, probably 5-10%, i'd err closer to 5%. Chances are you won't notice it much except in benchmarking.
