Worth the upgrade?

Got and email from EVGA, I can upgrade my 680 SLI to a 780i for 89 bucks, shipped.

I'm having no problems with the 680. Anything earth-shattering about the 780 that would make it worth the hassle? I have 60 days to decide.
 
I got the same offer and decided to see how much I could get for my mobo on ebay.
Ended up getting ~$200 and ordered one from ncixus.com for $240.
So its only costing me $40 and I don't have to way in the 780i queue that might take weeks and/ or months.
