worth switching to SATA 120/160 Gig ?

hi,

is it worth upgrading to one of the newer SATA drives..eg. 120Gig or 160Gig (Maxtor, Samsung etc...) if i already have an IDE WD 120JB 8MB cache Special Edition ?

Are there any benchies/comparisons where i can see the newer SATA drives in comparison to the WD120JB SE ? Thanks !!!

btw. i do not plan to do any RAID.
