Yep it should be since Swappa won't let you post unless it was. I'll re-verify when I get it. I also purchased it on a credit card too just to cover my bottom .

Moto X is a good phone. To be honest, I was underwhelmed when I first got one, but I like it. It's good enough and doesn't have any real flaws. It is a little bland and it doesn't stand out, but it is a good phone.

yea i've been switching around phones so much it's been hectic. I've been using my company device ( 5S ) but at this price for the 64gb i had to pick it up. Plus it should have factory warranty since it's not even a year old.
