worth it to replace asus6800ddr with herc ultra?

my 6800ddr board has seen almost a year (already?!) of heavy gaming use. with NV20's imminent release, i was figuring the Herc ultra board's senility discount after a few weeks of the NV20's release was going to drop within what i think it should have cost all along (hopefully). I'm also going to spring for a CUSL2-C mobo and some good RAM. i've already got p3933, a pair of 45gGXP75's,sblive, plex scsicd, plex 12/10/32ide and a tricked out case/fan assy.

so, is it worth it, or should i wait for NV20's price to come down out of the stratosphere? your thoughts please....... 🙂
