My uncle is trying to sell me a Westinghouse LCM-22w2 22-Inch for 190$. The LCD HDTV is 1366x 768 and was wondering if it was worth 190$ for it to use as my desktop monitor and use my hdtv as a second monitor. my specs are in my sig.

I've never used a monitor at 1366x768, but I do own a LCM22W2 ($200 door-buster from black friday). Unfortunatelly, my monitor does suffer some backlight bleeding, and from what I've read it happens on pretty much all of them. It doesn't really bother me personally, but you should make sure that you see it in use before buying it.

Whether or not it is worth it is a highly subjective decision. Your best bet would be to ask your uncle if you could use the monitor for a few days to make sure that it is really what you want.

Sorry that I couldn't be more help.

Thats a idea. I would be using both monitors and most likely game on the 22inch to make use of my 8800gts.

I've got the 22'' Westinghouse and it's alright. I'm not unhappy with it :)
