Worth going from 2400+ to barton 2500?

Pretty much as title. I am able to overclock my 2400 up to 140fsb. Would the 2500 barton be worth upgrading to? I am currently running pc2100 memory with the 2400 so I would have to upgrade my ram as well. I have an abit nf7-S along with the radeon 9800 pro. Would the added cost of memory + cpu justify the performance gains? Thanks for any comments.

Don't bother upgrading, it's not worth it. Save up for a Sempr0n or an A64.

Save the money towards an AMD64, I think AMD is lowering their prices in october sometime when winchester is supposed to be released (according to rumors anyway) I would just sit tight for the next few months, your system is fine the way it is right now.

Amd 2400 should be good enuf for atleast 6-12months.

save your bucks. use it towards ram so that you might be able to oc your system a bit more.
