Worth buying a Z97_PK board to increase OC?

Newegg has the ECS Z97_PK(v1.0) boards for $65. These boards are by far the cheapest Z97 boards on the market, and were specifically designed to OC the "Pentium K" CPUs. They supposedly have a one-click setting for a 4.4Ghz OC. They also have four DIMM slots, support DDR3-1600, Crossfire, PCI-E 3.0, and front USB. All things that my GA-H81M-DS2V lacks. I can only do 3.8Ghz on my current board.

Not fond of ECS, but after reading reviews, it looks decent and for that money.. why not?

I'd only hesitate if you needed memory speeds faster than DDR3-1600, which Z97 certainly provides on boards that haven't been specifically gimped. The MSI Z97 PC Mate has that problem. Not sure if the ECS board does, but if it's even cheaper than the PC Mate, one must wonder . . .

Some G3258 may only o/c to 3.8
I took the general advice I got from researching this forum and got a MSI H81 P33 board which happily cloaks my Pentium to 4.0 ghz. I am sure it would go higher but have not bothered to try.
