worth an upgrade to audigy?

I currently have a SBLive! 5.1 card and it sounds good to me, would upgrading to an audigy II have a substantial effect? I use either creative 4.1 speakers or Sennheiser 580 headphones, depending on whether I'm listening to mp3s or gaming and if I have company or not.
 
I just upgraded my Live 5.1 to Audigy 2 OEM. Not much noticable difference in the sound quality between the two, but the cpu usage of the Audigy is a bit better than the Live cards.
 
I did the same as Thor86 a while back and havent really noticed any difference. It even worked with the 5.1 platinums breakout box. I was going to get the audigy2 but figured I wouldnt be able to hear any difference than the audigy.
