It looked like she struggled with a clutch for a while, and then just dumped it. Or confused the gas pedal and the break pedal.
 
Repost but still I gotta wonder how did she manage that. I mean even if she ended up flooring it still a complete roll? intense. Complete failure for sure.
 
makes me laugh every time... the way that guy kind watches her out of the corner of he eye as he discretely gets the F out of the way AND then BAM. hahahaha
