Worst Rock/Rap/Music Mistakes in History?

Went to the bathroom at work and Styx's Mr. Roboto came on while in there...which quickly brought on a stifled laugh. Never thought of Mr. Roboto as bathroom muzack.

Anyways, the purpose of this post...nominate some of the worst musical mistakes in the history of rock/rap/hip-hop.

I'm not sure if getting on a small private airplane counts btw.
