So i'm driving along a few weeks ago in NYC, slowed down on a sidestreet to drop off a passenger. Traffic cop walks by, glares at me (and the vehicle)...waves me on. Today, I get a parking ticket in the mail. Apparently the fool didn't have the balls to actually give the ticket to me, but pulled up the info from his scanner as I drove by.
$45 bucks, parking during "street cleaning"??? Hehe. Ahh, the injustice of living in the big city. Totally bogus ticket...but you can't fight tickets anymore, since the handheld scanner pulls all MVR info, so all he needed was my plate #.
