yeah, ive been submitted to a lot of magazines lately and i check out their websites first. a lot of small presses have similiarly bad webpages.

the reason i say it stinks is becuase he basically charges too much money to do a simple frame template.

actually no it doesnt, i use the tables for aligment - not to create the actual graphics...

I believe mrcodedude was making a reference to one of halik's earlier posts which stated, "Noone uses html tables for graphical layouts anymore." mrcodedude was just pointing out he used tables. He didn't say anything was wrong with using them.

Check out soboba.com. Those from southern california might know this place. One of the indian gaming casinos. It's hard to believe that with that much money coming in, they couldnt hire a competent web designer.

Fix the repeating image on the far right. Give it some more width and have it tile instead of using a 1-pixel width image. It just looks bad.
