Port-au-Prince, Haiti

Nothing against the people or country, that is just the city that had the worst living conditions that I have ever seen.

<< Manchester, UK >>

Can I ask what was wrong with Manchester seeing as I live there?

Was it that it rains all the time, that we have really expensive public transport, house prices are far too high, far too much crime or crappy hospitals?

Bob970 rates Newark, NJ as pretty bad, and I gotta agree....

...except for Lawton, OK and Oklahoma City, OK. As far as I can tell, all of Oklahoma. Maybe not Tulsa, since I never spent much time there.

...and the BEST is Minden, Nevada - the Country Club, JT's Bar & Grill, Overland Hotel, the Pink House and Saloon (Genoa), the Basque dinners, the grazing cattle, the view of the snow-capped Sierras - just dosn't get any better than this.

<<and until then i always thought that pittsbugh was the worst city ever created>>

"The 'Burgh" still IS the worst city. I'll take Detroit over Pittsburgh any day of the week. To be honest, every decent-sized city ranks about the same on my list of places I'd rather not be. Now, Hanover NH, on the other hand, is a great city. I need to visit my pal at Dartmouth more often.

EDIT: <<Winslow, Arizona>>
Isn't that along Route 66?

Bakersfield. Only had to drive through to know it stinks. I have no clue how a band like Adema ever managed to come out of a place like that:Q:confused:
