Just perusing my movie collection and wondered this:

What's the best and worst movie you've ever seen?

I really can't think of my personal favorite, but the worst is The Island of Dr. Moreau by far.

worst: Four weddings and a Funeral
 
One of the worst: Lawnmover Man 2

EDIT: Oh, I almost forgot: ID4! that movie sucks in so many levels that it aint even funny!

"Wild Wild West"--I will never get those two hours of my life back, even if they did show Salma Hayek fine a**, this movie blew dog.

i'm assuming we're talking about movies we've seen in the theaters. I've seen a fair share of "B" rated movies. the worst in the theaters i've seen is probably Blair Witch 2, I can't even remember why i went to see in the first place. I think I was forced to go.

As for Best, no movie has left me more satisfied leaving the theater than Brave Heart. I was truly moved.
 
Worst: Spy hard. Milo and Otis. hmmm....Battlefield Earth was pretty bad. Are we talking bad movies we went to theaters to see or just in general? Oh yeah, The Avengers. Now that was a stinker. And i really thought Charlie's Angels was a load of poo.

Best? Hmmm...hard to choose, have so many 🙂 Depends on my mood.

LOTR was one of the best movies I've ever seen.

Waterworld is one of the absolute suckiest stupidest things to take away 3 hours of my life.

One of my worst=Commando

2 Swarzenegger flick in best and worst. Go figure.

Best: #1 LOTR, #2 Hudson Hawk

.. but what do I know. I liked The Substitute and Four weddings and a Funeral and hated Gladiator and Memento.

Worst all time is the new Planet of the Apes. I was looking forward to seeing it as soon as I heard about it. I wanted to leave about half way through it. But I kept wating for it to get better. Then the ending? what is up with that, it makes no sence what so ever.

Well I feel better now after that rant.........🙁

i can name the worst however -

Eraserhead

hands down, in a league of its' own, absolutely positively putridly bad.
 
Eraserhead ranks along with Star80 and Pink Flamingos as the worst date movie ever made.
The worst movie ever, period: Prospero's Books, made all the more horrible by the fact that the director obviously thought it a work of shattering genius.
