Worst ad ever

A local calzone place here has to have the worst ad campaigns ever. The place known as The Love Shack has amazed me not once, but twice. During Valentine's Day they ran a special where if you bought two calzones they gave you either a rose or a condom. However, their newest radio commercial has shocked me.

The radio commercial is supposed to be a "sexy" type one with a guy talking in a low voice. He says things like "making love until 4 am", "making love by making calzones", etc.

However, one of the lines is "making love by tossing the salad." Now why in the hell would anyone say this? I sure don't ever want to eat there.

LOL That's the place that my friend in Massachussetts does all of the ads for. Every single flyer of their you have seen, he has designed. I actually have vocals in the flash animations on the website (I'm famous! :Q). Those ads are horrible, but they're so funny. You should have seen some of the explicit ads he has showed me if you think what they have now is offensive.

My friend tells me that the business owner is very laid back and that's why this probably he doesn't see how terrible the TV ads are.

Just remember:
bad publicity > no publicity

How many threads on AT do you see about Dominos or Pizza Hut?
The shock campaign has worked for many, many companies out there.
