I've really sort of enjoyed (despite difficulties of some classes) learning stuff in almost all my courses in college.

However, if I had to pick one, it would be Speech.

By far, the hardest class I have taken was Discrete Mathematics. Here are the lectures from the classes. The class was insane because the teacher usually taught grad students and had very little experience teaching undergrad students. The tests were insane, and a 25/200 on the final was a C.

ehhh

I dunnno

that is quite many to list. Worst class in what sense? Most incompetent teacher? Most non-comprehendable teacher (ie: speaks a different language during lecture without a car) , most assy? Worst class in terms of course material that was complete stupid...the list can go on and the categories are endless.

Electromagnetic Fields, the only class I ever had to drop because I would've failed otherwise. It was a constant stream of "WTF is going on?"

I took it a few months later with a different professor and quite enjoyed it. The material is very interesting, once you understand it.

Yeah, organic, physical, and biochem are all quite difficult classes (hell analytical wasn't much fun either) but the worst in terms of design would have to have been my Spanish 101 class my freshman year of college. Mind you I did have 2 years of Spanish in high school but that was pretty much limited to conjugating some regular verbs and counting to 100 and this class is for people with little to no exposure to the language, as you can test out of 101 and 102 and go directly to 3rd semester if yo wished, but I digress. No spoken English under any circumstances in class or office hours, and not just an utter lack of response if you did, even on accident, but a SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF POINTS (upwards of 10% of your next test). I can understand no English in the lecture, but to penalize its use in the lowest level class is just retarded. Oh yeah, I should also mention that to get any degree you NEEDED 4 concurrent semesters of a single foreign language and most other languages didn't have 4 entry levels offered (you'd have French 101, 102 and then 4xx literature reflection and whatnot for majors)

Art from 5th to 8th grade was the worst class ever. I had the same teacher all four years. We called her the Art Nazi. In 5th grade she gave at least half the class detention every time we met (once a week). Horrible, horrible teacher.

Speech class. It was useless and I did more speaking in a group in my science classes than I did in the class designed for it. It seems the only thing they taught in that class was how to bullshit for 7 pages about something you don't give a shit about.

I would have to say my Intro to Computer Graphics class. It wasn't so much that the material was hard as it was that the professor was from China and spoke with a really heavy accent plus his writing on chalkboard was really small and light so it was impossible to read past the 2nd row of seats.

right now i'd have to go with transport phenomena - just fvckloads and fvckloads of math (because the prof likes to derive the equations) and then we, having very little fluid mechanics background, get to use the navier stokes equation, among other things.
