Yeah, organic, physical, and biochem are all quite difficult classes (hell analytical wasn't much fun either) but the worst in terms of design would have to have been my Spanish 101 class my freshman year of college. Mind you I did have 2 years of Spanish in high school but that was pretty much limited to conjugating some regular verbs and counting to 100 and this class is for people with little to no exposure to the language, as you can test out of 101 and 102 and go directly to 3rd semester if yo wished, but I digress. No spoken English under any circumstances in class or office hours, and not just an utter lack of response if you did, even on accident, but a SIGNIFICANT LOSS OF POINTS (upwards of 10% of your next test). I can understand no English in the lecture, but to penalize its use in the lowest level class is just retarded. Oh yeah, I should also mention that to get any degree you NEEDED 4 concurrent semesters of a single foreign language and most other languages didn't have 4 entry levels offered (you'd have French 101, 102 and then 4xx literature reflection and whatnot for majors)
