Got my IC7 and 2.4c in and running at 3.0 ghz, booted at over 3.2 but worried to leave it with stock HSF as idle temp was 118 F.
Anyway, everthing looking good until I see in Sandra that my -12 and -5 voltages are reading as -8.17 and -3.04. So.. I panic and do some research and as i understand it these are not used anymore ( http://www.pcguide.com/ref/power/sup/funcVoltages-c.html )
So.. am I ok, or should I be looking for a new power supply or.. ACK is it the motherboard!?
+12 is 11.73 and +5 is 5.03. System has been very stable but I am an electricity idiot and I don't know if those readings matter or not.
Appreciate any advice.
