Worried about voltage and temps...

I just want to make sure these overclock settings are in the "safe" range. I'm overclocking my 805, and right now I have it at 3.5ghz with voltage of 1.4 using an Arctic Freezer 7 Pro HSF and Gigabyte GA-8N-SLI mainboard. I think I might be able to get higher if I up the voltage a little more, but I don't really know if it would be considered safe for longterm use. I would think 1.4 would be the most I *should* be at, unless I want my cpu to burn out alot sooner than it should right? I'm using my setup mainly for gaming, so I was going to try to get ~3.7 or 3.8ghz for the extra performance, but with my voltage at 1.4, 3.6ghz is the max I can get. And even at 3.6ghz/1.4v, after about 45min in F.E.A.R, It sometimes crashes, so I just keep it at 3.5ghz/1.4v to avoid these crashes.

Temps at 3.5ghz/1.4v are 48C idle and 58-60C under full load. I've got the HSF set at 100% and my 120mm case fan is pulling air out at full speed as well when the chip is overclocked. Using an Antec Sonata II case, and I have my X1800XT overclocked during gaming with the HSF on that at 100% as well, to try to keep everying as cool as possible. (This setup can be as quiet as a mouse at stock speeds, or as loud as a jet engine when overclocked. It's crazy)

So my question is, would it be safe to bump up the voltage a bit more in order to achive my overclocking goals? What would be considered the "maximum safe" voltage this chip should be running under for best overclocking results?

Oh and one more question... I only overclock both the CPU and GPU when I'm gaming. For all other use on this setup, I reboot and set everything back to stock settings so the system isn't as loud with all those fans turned down. I don't really need it overclocked at all for everyday use, and to keep the chips life as long as possible, I set the whole system to stock for regular use. Is it safe to be switching back and forth like this, or should I just leave it at one speed or the other to avoid wearing the CPU/GPU out faster?

You aren't likely going to get 3.7-3.8ghz on air cooling. without throttling The 805 is a smithfield, so it's prescott based. Up to about 1.55v will be safe, but you wil lneed much better cooling. I used 1.475v to hit 3.7ghz, and getting 57c load on water.

I upped the voltage to 1.425 and i'm now hitting 3.67ghz stable. I think i'll stay with this. The temps are looking okay at 60c under load.
