Worried about air flow in an old case

I'm getting a new mobo/cpu/mem set into my old case.
But what worries me is that currently the air flow isn't that good and the 2 fans in my enermax psu are the only exhaust fans... it has no fan in the back near the cpu.

Sounds bad... should i have gotten a new case with a back fan ?

BTW the case is an Aopen HX45 (45 series if you look it up).
I have not tried running the system yet (parts on their way), so no temps.


 
ordered the Antec SLK3700-BQE
got a good deal from a local store (although not in stock, but my new parts aren't coming in for a day or two)
