World's Worst Cable ISP

I think Cox Communications is trying VERY hard to be the worlds WORST ISP. I have now had 4 8+ hour outages in less than 4 months. Now my bandwith is cut in half and it looks as if its getting lower and lower.

Shouldn't an ISP have all their bugs/glitches/etc fixed during BETA testing? I was BETA testing and didn't have the problems that we are having now.

I have never heard of the amount of outages on a Cable Modem that Southern Louisiana is having.

Charter communications isn't too much better. Of course they are run by the military, so you gotta feel lucky if it works at all.

Oh well, happy day, all is dismay, i think i'll go play.

I have a friend who has Media One and he really loved the service until the DAY Comcast took over....ever since the 56K at work has been FASTER! He's been bitching up a storm :|

The past 3 days most of southern texas has had almost NO mail services with Road Runner... Time Warner is starting to act like AOL

@home goes out for a few minutes at a time on me. They are going to give me a new modem. I got a hunch mine is a good one and they want it for themselves. I sometimes get a 1000K up.
