On a more serious note, world opinion does matter. Negative opinions of the US abroad ensure that it is more difficult for us to reach our foreign policy goals. As the OP has shown, conservatives have made a big deal in the past about this when their man was in office. Claiming that Obama has somehow negatively impacted world opinion of the US compared to his predecessor, is demonstrably false. Obama isn't perfect, but he is hardly the boogeyman that the GOP is trying to paint him to be.

Early on, I figured that was his end game. But as the years have gone by, I've realized that he's too damned lazy to do anything else with his life. He's going to smoke a big fattie every day when he gets up about noon and then hit the golf course with the SS in tow. Michelle will have custody of the kids so his days will be pretty free.

Though I don't have a list of his lovely foreign accomplishments at hand, perhaps I should gather one. It starts with his Cairo speech after which the Middle East burned with terror from the Arab Spring. Or the Russian reset... Or trying to legitimize the Iranian nuclear program.

Prehaps through the smoke of the world burning, I missed his accomplishments.

It's funny that the argument seems to be something to the effect of: "Obama is an incredibly lazy constant weed smoker who has outmaneuvered us at every turn, has fundamentally transformed America, and is crushing us under his iron bootheel".
