The Taurus was first produced until the mid 80s. The other vehicles on the list have been around for a bit longer.

I'm confused because it says that the Model T is the second best selling car at 16.5 million, but ever other vehicle listed has sold more. I can see the F150 not counting because it says best selling car, but the others are cars.

Maybe they mean same body style...because they call the Beetle the best

For those wondering the Taurus has sold a little over 7.5 million cars....and of course the Taurus is coming back in 2008 and looks a hell of alot better!

Domestically, I would assume the Mustang would make that list based on a USA top-5

Globally the Civic is the only car I would have epxected on there.

Four of those cars have Nazi heritage, and one is, well, a Toyota.

Edit: Nevermind, the Model T was created before Henry Ford became a Nazi.

What's wrong about it? This is WORLDWIDE sales, not US

But, but...i thought the America IS the world? :Q

North America is a good chunk of the market (as the F-series's presence on this list will indicate), but no, we're not the world...yet

Hallo. How would a corrected list look?

It would take out the "Hitler drawing the Beetle on a napkin" part but other than that it looks fine to me.

Well I can say here in Portugal the cars you see the most by far are - Renault Clio, Opel Corsa, VW Golf and Fiat Punto :p There isnt a single parking lot where you dont see one or more of these
