Or a Woodrat. I've had to "relocate" some Woodrats my cats brought in that were at least 2 pounds heavy, maybe more.

I agree. It would have been much better to show it sitting next to a normal sized cat. There's nothing to give the pics scale.

The video shows him alongside what looks like a regular smallish female cat for a few seconds. The angle is bad though so it really doesn't help much.

I actually did have a cat that weighed 7X that at one point (21 pounds), quite fittingly, he was named Homer.
 
My Cat "Oreo" weighs 9lbs is that average for a adult male cat?

He eats everything in sight and never gains any weight.
