I currently dont have a credit card and I want to make an account to play. I was using my cousin's account but I need an account of my own now. I know that there are those 60-day gamecards that you can get from your local gamestore, but when I try to create an account, it requires me to put a credit card number.

Question: Anyone know if there is a way to create a WoW account with ONLY a gamecard WITHOUT using a credit card?

Looks like you need to enter a CC first.

This would prob work, make the account with the numbers on the card then cancel and use the game card after that. You would prob be charged for the 1st billing cycle from the card I would imagine.

Do you have a paypal account? You can use their debit card just to create your account

When creating an account and using a game card, you still need to enter a credit card. You may be able to remove it again right away though. It's just that after your game card time is up, your playing time will end until you enter a new game card, or a CC number.
