I received World of Warcraft today and really want to start playing, I ordered a pre-pay card at the same time as the game but I haven't received it yet. Should I wait until I receive the pre-pay card to create an account or what??

How else could you start? If you have access to a credit card, I don't see why you couldn't pay now and use the game card for next month.

It says on the outside of the box that you get a free month but you can't seem to get it without giving credit card details or pre-pay card details.

You have to give them a credit card for the included month. But they will not bill you for a month and they wont bill you at all if you cancel.

Right. Start it up with the CC, then near the end of the included month, switch the account to the game card.
