I haven't used voice comms since my Rainbow Six 3 days, which software do you guys prefer to communicate now?

Yep, basically what everyone here says, either get teamspeak or ventrilo.

Once you start using it, you'll wonder why you ever typed messages.

I used vent to talk to my guild and it is 100X better then trying to type.
