World of Warcraft On Max Settings

My computer is the following:

AMD Athlon X2 4200+ Dual Core
2GB DDR PC3200 400mhz
GeForce 7600 GS 512mb DDR2 PCI-E

I was wondering, with this configuration and on the resolution 1366x768 (custom, I believe) what fps I can expect to experience on max settings? Including in areas where I'm just soloing or in intense 40+ people raids?

Seeing as I'm a noob if this is the wrong section feel free to flame away.

wow doesnt look that different even with max settings. What you want though is 100% view distance, thats key. Anything else doesn't change much....I tried with full AA/AF @ 1680 x 1050 and the difference was barely noticable.

Ok, with my system though running at that resolution with max settings and a reasonable draw distance what kind of FPS can I expect to get soloing and in raids with 40+ people?

Bah, I just got a 7600GS 256MB, and don't want to hear the 7600GT is all that mucg better for the extra cost ($150 vs $105) 🙂

I dunno what framerate you'll get ... but my x2 4200 and 2gb of ram and x1800xt allowed me to run two concurrent WoW sessions at 1280x768 at good framerates, or one WoW session at 1920x1280 with everything maxed out (except for FSAA) with smooth gameplay (even in the supression chamber in BWL, IF, etc)

EDIT: Also, I no longer play. I cancelled both accounts and the vent server I was hosting

what makes world of warcraft look amazing is the Gamma, darken it to about 30% from the default 50%. It makes all the colors come out better, it gives more of a mood, and make sure you have at least 8x AF, becuase when you look off into the distance, you dont want that nasty trilinear filtering effect.

Personally I have EVERYTHING maxed out the ass, 6x and 16x and all max ingame settings, 1680x1050 on my 21 inch widescreen, and i get about 40 frames solid in 40 raid, 60 solid everywhere else =].
