My friend is trying to play World of Warcraft. He has been playin for the last month with now problems, but now everytime he enters the server, his PC freezes, restarts or sends him to a blue screen and says "it dumps the physical memory", something like that. These are his specs. O he decided to uninstall it and reinstall it, now he can't even update the patches.

AMD athlon processor

1.25 GHz, 992 MB of RAM

Micorsoft XP Pro Version 2002, Service Pack 2

NVIDIA GeForce FX 5500 256 MB PCI ForceWare Version: 84.21

DirectX 9.0c or better

Check his RAM with memtest386. It might well be a defective RAM module.

Check for virus and spyware as well.

start > run > Eventvwr.msc for the error codes.
