I've read many articles and heard many stories about people who have commited weeks at a time to the game and had to quit their jobs and put their life almost on a stand still. Crazy to believe someone can be that addicted to a game. CS is by far my favorite computer game and its addicting but the games are not long by any means so you can jump in and out of it quickly, unlike WOW.

relatively recently got into computer games. bought WoW (cause i was told i had to, and everyone played). It was definitely fun, but about lvl 31, BF2 came out. I've found i enjoy killing people with guns and grenades more than with swords and spells.

The game chat says "XXX pickpockets you for 1 gold." as if it really happened, and then you can just run from there. In a game with so many young and dumb it's so easy to convince people to do anything, even give you money.
