World In Conflict: How can I automatically launch TOW's?

Am getting tired of baby sitting my boys, especially when an available TOW goes unused and the dumb bastards are slaughtered before I can get to them.

Along the same lines, is there a command to make HUMVEES automatically repair? Again the micromanaging is killing me, and in this kind of game it seems like I should be able to do it.
