Either way, I look forward to the Soviet campaign coming with expansion soon. I am sure that it will be very engaging.

Well, Activision just announced that they have dropped WiC: Soviet Assault, along with several other Vivendi games. Someone else will probalbly pick it up, but I dont really care, the game got stale for me after a week.

Multiplayer is where it's at with WIC. Two skilled teams fighting each other is an awesome experience. Story mode can't touch it.

Its the console port of WiC and some kind of mission pack for the PC (dont think its a full expansion) and its definately not WiC 2 so no big loss on that front.

I want to pick up both CoH and COH:eek:F. Are there any bundles I can pick up? For example, Titan Quest had TQ and TQ:IT in one package that was cheaper than buying both separately. I would like the "DX10" version if there is such a distinction (confused on a search).

I picked up a CoH and CoH:eek:F bundle a few weeks ago at Best Buy. It exists

I've always wondered what will happen if you nuke the ocean in one of those stages.. Someone told me it looks really cool. I actually managed to save up for a nuke last week, but didn't want to waste it to see a pretty tsunami when there were so many Russians to kill ;)

Bump:

I bought the collectors edition when the game came out but lost my disc as noted earlier in this thread. However I still have my retail key and used the trial edition disc with the retail key on a whim the other night and it worked. I can play online again!

Boy am I rusty but wow is the game great with dual monitors. Tactical map on the right monitor, actual game map on the left. Feel like I am in some command center :)

There isn't. What they're saying is that it's a war strategy.
