Going to Germany next summer, anyone know how I can get World Cup tickets?

I'll be there at the end of June, getting a quarterfinals game in Munich would be ideal. Anyone from Germany who can help me out? I'm not sure how the whole process work.

I heard that they have computer chips in the tickets so I might have to be the original buyer to use the tickets? So scalping might not work
