Workstation Build Advice

Hi guys. So, I need to buy a new computer for my work (2d/3d graphics, video editing). I'm looking for a powerful workstation, I'm thinking of build it by myself. Here's the config i've thought:

Case: SilverStone Temjin TJ07
Psu: Enermax Platimax EPM1350EWT
Motherboard: Gigabyte GA-7PESH4
Cpu: Dual Xeon E5-2697v2
Cooling: Noctua NH-U12S
Ram: (8x) Kingston ValueRAM 16 Go DDR3 1600 MHz ECC Registered CL11 DR X4
Vga: Nvidia Quadro K5000
Ssd: Samsung 840 Pro - 256 GB
Hdd: 3x WD Black Caviar - 3 TB in Raid 5
Raid Controller: LSI MegaRaid SAS 9271 - 8i

Now, i've always built my computers by myself, but they were "consumer" pc. This would be my first workstation build and i'd like to know if there is something different to do with this kind of configurations, or the operations are the same.

Judging by the way you abbreviated gigabytes, I'm assuming that you're French (or some other Romance language speaking European). However, that's just a guess, so can you update your post with the answers to the questions posed in this thread?

Other then what the Mod said, yes your system will be a screamer. Lucky you, you get to build it
What programs will you be using?
