Just looking for any ideas anyone might have to help us organized our office.

We are setup with about an 8'-10' table against a wall that we use to work on laptops. We could have 1 or could have 5 all going at once. Currently things are very messy and completely unorganized and we are looking for a way to make things cleaner.

We've thought of somehow designating space on the table in workstations so we have designated places where a laptop should go when it's being worked on so it doesn't interfere with other ones and doesn't have it's accessories mixed up. Has anyone done this and has a nice idea on how to be setup? ANy items to buy that would help keep things organized and keep power/LAN cables nicely organized, etc.

Just looking for ideas other than just saying that we'll do it and having everything go to hell a week later. Heh.

Thanks.

Undertable support for keyboards and mices and have their connectors just a bit out of the table thru some holes. This will force anyone who wants to use them to choose one of the places
Also, higher posts (enough for a laptop to sit on) that raise the laptop's screen to the eye level. This will force the laptop position into a restricted place (on top of the raised thingy)

Don't have any pics as it's literally a table/desktop with nothing on it.

We don't have any keyboards or mice, everything is just laptops. We do have power/network cables coming up through the holes in the desk or from the back by the wall. Mainly looking for ideas on how to divide up the table to actually create specific locations to work at so you can take a laptop, plop it down in one of the designated spaces, and it won't interfere or get mixed up with any other machines we are working on.

Not sure if there's some dividers specifically made for this or if we'll just have to make something up...
