I have tried to access the ms newsgroups about this but the servers seem to be down and I thought someone here might help.
I am trying to mail merge a database file created in Works 4.5 into a Word 2000 document. When I point Word to the location of the .dbs file, it doesn't show it, and therefore I can't import the data. I have taken a look at the various formats to save it in to get Word to recognize it but none look familiar.
This should be simple but then again nothing seems to be when it comes to computers
Any help or direction would be appreciated.
