It's even worse when the central issues are your job duties... hours and raise status.... getting pinned into loose-loose situations suck and when you have it so bad that the email replies back to upper management wast two hours of your supervisor's time to compose....

how about a :beer: to workplace politics. I'm not going into detail because I'm too confused to put into words myself
 
If your posting ability reflects in any way on your working ability, then I can understand why you get pinned into "loose-loose" situations.
