Workplace is getting so bad

One of the companies in my building is finishing the last month of their terminated lease, and they are being total asses. Some clown has been parking taking up two spaces, another parks in the 'loading zone' between the handicapped spots; someone has been leaving bags of trash in the hallway, etc. This just pushed me over the edge to get management involved:

Bathroom Nastiness

<EDIT> I neglected to mention I 'friendlied' the bowl of the toilet.</EDIT> I mean, WTF? This isn't a college frat house, it's a professional office building. Also, there's only two bathrooms for the entire building, so this cut the Men's rooms down to one until facilities can get here to clean it up. There's roughly 100 people that work in here. I hope they can just evict the fsckers NOW for this stuff. I don't want to deal with this for the rest of this month.

wow..you thinks THAT'S bad...dont ever come by my office building...it would make you cry...and we have SEVERAL full time janitors.

What kind of business do they run?

They make equipment for the vision impaired (big screen magnifiers, book readers, etc.). My comapny is a foreclosure/bankruptcy firm, the others are an IT solutions shop and some staffing firm. None are normally prone to asshattery, but they think they were wrongly 'outed'. According to building management they owe on the maintanence contract for about a year, refused to pay or make reparations. Building owners got them on a breach of contract.

Oh I've seen worse, but this just strikes me as ridiculous for a small office building where pretty much everyone knows who each other is. There were no problems at all until this company moved in. I just can't wait for what they do when they're finally out for good. My firm deals with evictions sometimes, and there have been horrible things going down with those.
