They have a similar body type to me and I need an effective plan to work towards this kind of shape

I have put on the weight now and I just need to get cut

I hit the gym often and my chest do not look anything like that. I have a bigger gap in the middle and it is not nearly as defined on the bottom and side. I also need to get the rib section and make it form a V. Abs are also a concern (I've been putting on weight since I was always skinny but now I have some fat covering the abs. I do not want to diet or do too much cardio since I do not want lose weight,my only option is to increase the intensity for the abs?)
I'm not looking to get big... just a boxer type body.
Any ideas how these type of boxers build their body?

uh... hopefully someone posts an actual post

please help me out, I've never been more motivated ever in my life.. I'm ready to train hard and be confident with my body

They don't seem to have tons of muscle, but they do have very low body fat. Get your body fat percentage into the single digits and you'll probably be close.

Try hitting a heavy bag for 3 minutes straight without stopping.
Then skip rope for 3 minutes straight without stopping.

Repeat 10x with 1 minute breaks in between.

I know it sounds easy but it is a great cardio workout and will keep you lean.

Lot's of cardio and a good diet to rid yourself of the body fat. They don't look extremely muscular, so I'd guess you could get away with a relatively easy weight lifting regiment to achieve those results. This is assuming you're somewhat healthy to begin with.

Run a crapload, do jump rope, whatever. And don't drink so much beer... that's what fscks me over.

Those are "eundurance" body. Try jogging, jump roping, situps for a LONG time. And I really doubt you can have a body like them with casual workout.

your only option is to do high intensity cardio. how else would you lose weight? you don't want to diet? stop being an idiot.

They aren't really muscled imo so you can get in to that shape easier then if you had to say add 30-50lbs of muscle!

Hit up:
Squats,
Bench press,
Military Press,
Chins or dips
Hyper extensions or abs

Pick 4 exercises + back or abs (alternate these) and do it 3x a week.

Days off do some cardio. Cycling, running, swimming etc and WATCH YOUR DIET and you can lean down easily imo.

These guys are fighters and CUT WEIGHT FOR COMPETITION. I can almost gurantee they won't be this ripped all year around. They will be slightly less ripped when not peaking for a fight or comp.
