workout headphones?

ironically, i chose to go for a iriver mp3 player instead of an ipod, because i can't really workout with an ipod. What headphones are longlasting and good for running, jogging, biking, working out?
 
Good for you!!! I was hoping you didn't go the ipod route..

As for the headphones, I like the kind that go around my ear, not just in it for working out. I use the ones that came with my Rio, I like em.
 
I use my sennheiser HD497 along with my portable cd player at the gym... works fine for me, despite not being so portable. But I stay at the same place for a long time, until I'm done with my sets anyways, so it's not too big of a hassle.
