iamme

Lifer
reps, weight, muscle group, etc. (while at the gym)

in your head? small notepad? pocketPC (hey, this IS a geek board 🙂)?

I made one in excell that resembles the ones they gave me in school. I print that out and use that to write on.

do you just use a small sheet of paper and pencil/pen, then?

do you input it into a computer or anything like that, after your workout?

I print it out, write it down and keep it in a folder. If you want me to give you the file, I can do that.

Do whatever makes you comfortable. I used to bring a spiral daily that had day, body part, then each one broken up into what excercise, how many reps, sets, weight, and how I felt that day. (Or what I could do better) I just do it all in my head now.

ok, if you suffer from perpetual memory problems then fair enough, but if not then to have to write something like a gym routine down is rather daft....lol...

I just write down my workout (exercise, weight, reps, and time started) on a small spiral notebook. Its nice to have it to reference to make sure you're making strength gains every week. Also, keeping track of your workout helps make sure you don't stick with the same routine for months on end.

play ddr...use the weight loss thingy on there...monitor calorie burningness...its kinda accurate, or not...i dunno

oh...i dont work out...lol

I ussually see begginers writing things down. Once you get a good routen going its pretty easy to keep it in your head.
