This may sound silly, but I rarely work with pre-built computers.
I have a friends computer here, it's a compaq 5000 (looks to be about 4 years old) and i'm having the hardest time removing the cd rom drive, I just cant get at it. The case has this amazingly hugh bezel on the front, only one side of the case will come off.. the other side looks to be rivited. I can't see what is holding the cdrom in place, nor can I get at the other side to find out. Has anyone worked with these types of cases? Is there maybe a website out there that explains how they work.
Thanks
edit. the case looks similiar to the one pictures in this image: http://globalsecurenetworks.com/case.jpg
