Working RAM won't work in Motherboard

I have an ASUS A7N266-VM motherboard that I recently moved to a new case. The RAM that was installed was a single stick of Mushkin Enhanced PC2100 DDR. After moving the entire system to the new case, the RAM failed to work. I've tried the RAM in other computers and it works fine. It isn't the slot either, due to the fact that my backup RAM works in both slots. I've tried reflashing the BIOS and resetting the BIOS.

Does anyone have any ideas?

Try cleaning the contacts (frequently brings iffy RAM back to life for me) and check between contacts with a magnifier looking for carbon traces, or metal smears or trails between contacts.
. The contact cleaner I use is Caig Labs Pro Gold. Sometimes not easy to find, but you can get their contact cleaning pen from Radio Schlock (It has RS brand on it I think).
