Working PSX 2 Emulator out there?

Is there PSX 2 emulator that can run Resident Evil 4 playable on my PC?

There is one that "works" but out of the game list I think TWO games worked 100% at 30fps. Most didn't work at all, some got into just the menus, and some worked but not fully and at like 5 fps. I don't remember the name, but it doesn't matter since that is probably the best one but still is no use to anyone yet.

in general, even if a ps2 emulator exists you'd need one hell of a machine to be able to play games on it as it will be extremely resource intensive.

This sux cuz i kinda fan of Resident Evil and they dumped pc versions since version 4 dont feel like buying psx2 just to finish 2 games...

If you were really a hardcore RE fan, you'd already own a GameCube and the entire library. But you're forgiven. Now go buy an NGC for about fifty bucks on eBay and enjoy.
